I wanted to highlight a restaurant featuring a menu of TAPAS. Some of my favorite places to dine at have been quaint spots offering “small savory dishes” with funky names. This particlular name, How to Cook a Wolf, comes from the title of a book by M.F.K. Fisher, a well-known 20th-century American food writer. The "Wolf" is a perfect setting for a drink and apps with that special someone, or to even just play catch-up with a friend. Serving a perfect plate of delicate Italian cuisine, it's incredibly easy to lose track of time as you graze from dish- to -dish with your date. Once seated, you're going to want to try everything, trust me! Oh, and don't forget, have a peek at the wine list. If you're with the right company; you will have tried at least two.
The interior decor of the Wolf has a unique edge which creates an earthy feel with its use of stone, wood, and metals for the walls, floors and ceilings. Even the tables are different--the tabletops are made of cork! Those who fear a cold and unrefined environment need not worry, because this place offers a cozy, welcoming air the minute you settle in.
Warning to those travelers looking to just pop in and eat, you can expect this little haunt to become wall -to- wall people. There are many nights where walking in and ordering a glass is as simple as walking to your car. Although, due to a select reservation policy , a wait can become a tad longer than one would like. However I can asure you, it's a time well spent.
